We are seeking an experienced and reliable Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing construction cleaning and demolition company.

This is a key leadership position for someone who can take responsibility for managing crews, coordinating workers, organizing daily operations, and helping ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate must have previous hands-on experience in construction cleaning and demolition , strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple crews and job sites at the same time.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage and coordinate daily operations for multiple cleaning and demolition crews.
• Recruit, organize, and schedule workers based on project needs
• Communicate clearly with employees in both Spanish and English.
• Assign workers to job sites and ensure proper staffing.
• Monitor job progress, quality, and completion timelines.
• Communicate updates and issues with company management.
• Handle daily logistics, equipment, and job site coordination.
• Drive company vehicles and tow a dump trailer when needed.
• Assist with problem-solving in the field and make decisions to keep projects moving.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, contractors, and employees.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience managing or supervising construction cleaning and demolition crews .
• Strong understanding of construction cleanup, demolition processes, and job site operations.
• Must be fluent in both Spanish and English .
• Proven leadership and crew management experience.
• Must be dependable, organized, and trustworthy.
• Must provide professional references from previous employers or companies you have worked with.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience towing trailers or operating work vehicles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.

Preferred Experience (but not a must):

• Experience managing crews of 10+ employees.
• Experience working with general contractors, construction sites, or subcontractors.
• Experience scheduling labor and coordinating multiple projects.
