We are currently seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Maintenance Supervisor to join our team! The ideal candidate will have strong HVAC knowledge, leadership experience, and the ability to oversee daily maintenance operations in a fast-paced apartment community environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily maintenance operations and supervise maintenance staff
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
- Complete work orders and apartment make-readies
- Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs
- Maintain property appearance and safety standards
- Assist with plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous Lead Maintenance/Supervisor experience required
- EPA Certification required
- HVAC experience required
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Multifamily/apartment experience preferred
- Bilingual is a plus
