Position Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Store Manager who loves working with children and families. The ideal candidate is patient, positive, creative, and enjoys creating memorable experiences. You’ll provide high-quality haircuts for kids and adults in a relaxed, playful environment.

• Provide professional haircuts and styling services for children and adults

• Maintain a calm, friendly, patient approach with children of all ages

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience to every family

• Maintain salon cleanliness and sanitation standards

• Recommend products when appropriate

• Work collaboratively in a fun, fast-paced environment

• Uphold Pigtails & Crewcuts brand standards and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology or Barber License (required)

• Experience working with children is a plus

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Patient, positive, and team-oriented

• Reliable and friendly demeanor
