Lead Therapist LPC or LCSW

Responsibilities Three Trails Behavioral Hospital in Independence, MO is seeking a Lead Therapist to provide clinical leadership and direct patient care within our behavioral health programs. This role serves as a key member of the treatment team, supporting therapists, ensuring quality of care, and helping guide program development and clinical best practices. The ideal candidate is a strong clinician with leadership ability and a passion for delivering high‑quality behavioral health services. The Lead Therapist will report to the Director of Clinical.
