Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with the General Manager and Area Supervisor to meet goals and maintain a positive workplace culture. In the absence of the General Manager, step up and take charge of the restaurant.
