Shifts may vary based on operational needs. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Medical/Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the best possible outcomes for a diverse patient population. Responsibilities Monitor and assess patient conditions, providing appropriate medical interventions as needed. Administer medications and treatments as per the care plan. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent patient care. Document patient progress and response to interventions in the electronic health record. Float to units J1-2, J33, and ED as required for patient population care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure 18 months of combined permanent experience in Medical/Surgical/Telemetry nursing, preferably in one location. Active Ohio RN license or Compact State license required. Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are mandatory. Recent MS/Tele experience (travel experience accepted). Must successfully complete ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessments during orientation.
