Primary Care California 4-5 days per week

Details:

Location: near Sacramento, CA
Duration: November/December Ongoing 6 month locums (option to extend)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-5p or Tue-Fri 8a-6p
Scope: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic
Volume: up to 20 PPD (1 hour built-in admin. Time)
EMR: Epic
Group Support: 1 MD, 2 NP s
Credentialing:
Require: Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine, CA License/DEA, Medi-Cal enrollment preferred
Credentialing: 30-60 days
