Physical Therapist / Physical Therapist Assistant

About Us

Innovative PT & Wellness is a cash-based physical therapy clinic in Green Bay. We don't work around insurance limits or visit quotas, so our patients get real time with their clinician, a plan built around their goals, and care that continues until they reach those goals. We see people with a wide range of diagnoses. Our approach is rooted in functional manual therapy, and we're looking for a clinician who has a passion to practice this way and grow with us.

What Makes This Role Different

• One-on-one sessions of 30-60 minutes, with no double-booking

• No insurance authorizations, visit caps, or productivity quotas

• A varied caseload, from orthopedic and sports injuries to chronic pain and everything in between

• Mentorship from a clinician certified in functional manual therapy through the Institute of Physical Art, whether you're a new grad or a seasoned therapist

• Support and funding to pursue your own functional manual therapy certification

• A small team where your input shapes how the clinic grows

Responsibilities

Physical Therapist

• Perform thorough evaluations and develop individualized plans of care

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based treatment, including functional manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and movement retraining

• Educate patients so they understand their condition and can manage it long-term

• Keep clear, timely documentation

• Take part in community outreach and relationship-building with local providers, gyms, and employers

Physical Therapist Assistant

• Carry out the plan of care established by the supervising PT

• Guide patients through exercise progressions, manual techniques within your scope, and modalities

• Track patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT

• Complete documentation within your scope of practice

• Help create a welcoming, professional patient experience from check-in to check-out

Qualifications

PT

• Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Wisconsin PT license, or eligible to be licensed

PTA

• PTA degree from an accredited program

• Wisconsin PTA license, or eligible to be licensed

Both roles

• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset

• Comfort with cash-based care and explaining its value to patients

• Self-motivated, reliable, and a good fit for a small team

• Preferred: Functional manual therapy certification through the Institute of Physical Art, or a strong interest in earning it

• New grads are welcome, since mentorship is built in

• Cash-based experience is a plus but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• $35-$50/hour , based on experience

• Quarterly bonus eligibility, based on clinic net profit, in addition to your hourly pay

• Unlimited continuing education funding (approved by the clinic owner)

Schedule

Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm
