Principal product manager

Mobius risk group is seeking a principal product manager to support our growing team. This position will play an integral part within our product development team. The principal software engineer will report to the CEO.## The roleThe principal product manager at mobius risk group will have a blend of leadership, technical expertise, and industry knowledge to guide the evolution of our risknet platform. This role demands a strategic thinker who can translate complex market needs into compelling product strategies. This role is an individual contributor role with the ability to manage a team within the first six months. The principal product manager will work to align our reporting, broker data warehouse, modern web API, and UX engineers around a single product vision.## Responsibilities1. Craft and maintain a clear product vision androadmap, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and market demand.2. Act as an individual contributor, developingdetailed product specifications and ensuring the development team has awell-defined backlog for upcoming sprints.3. Manage cross-functional collaboration to facilitate the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.4. Conduct market research and engage with customers to inform product strategy and feature prioritization.5. Within 60 days of onboarding, establish a quarterly roadmap, setting measurable goals and milestones for product development.6. Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.## Requirements1. Minimum of 7 years of product management experience, including roles in management and as anindividual contributor.2. Proven track record in commodities, energy, or a related technology-driven industry.3. Strong understanding of data systems, software development life cycle, and agile methodologies.4. Demonstrated ability to translate complex data and customer insights into actionable product strategies.5. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.6. Be intellectually curious.7. Have a passport, it’s a big world.8.
