Plan project scope, schedule, and budget for large-scale renovation work. Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors. Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work meets quality and safety standards. Manage contracts, change orders, and cost control. Communicate progress, risks, and updates to clients and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with codes, permits, and regulatory requirements. Lead project closeout, punch lists, and final inspections.

The Successful Applicant

Proven track record delivering large-scale renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring seamless execution at every phase. Strong ability to coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects aligned, on schedule, and within budget. Expertise in scheduling, budgeting, and cost control, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and driving solutions. Excellent communicator who builds strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and field teams to maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle. In-depth knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and safety regulations, ensuring full compliance across all operations. Hands-on leader focused on quality, efficiency, accountability, and problem-solving in the field. Demonstrated success managing fast-paced, multi-phase construction environments while maintaining project momentum. Skilled in interpreting drawings, managing change orders, and resolving complex site issues effectively. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong emphasis on documentation, reporting, and project clarity. Committed to fostering a positive jobsite culture while consistently delivering projects on time and to a high standard.
