We are seeking an experienced Senior Compensation Analyst for a remote contract opportunity through the end of the year . This role requires availability to work Pacific Time hours . If the role goes permanent it will be Hybrid in Carlsbad, CA.

Compensation: Up to $61/hour

Position Overview

The Senior Compensation Analyst will serve as a key contributor in designing, analyzing, and delivering data-driven compensation programs across a global organization. This role combines strategic insight with technical expertise, focusing on market competitiveness, internal equity, and scalable compensation structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain salary structures, pay ranges, and incentive programs
• Analyze complex compensation datasets to identify trends, gaps, and risks
• Conduct market benchmarking and support compensation survey participation
• Develop dashboards and reporting using Power BI and/or Tableau
• Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to support compensation decisions
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within systems such as Workday

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
• 5+ years of compensation experience with a strong analytical focus
• Advanced skills in Excel , Power BI/Tableau , and Workday
• Experience with compensation benchmarking, salary structures, and large datasets
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable business insights
