This role involves managing a diverse caseload. This opportunity is ideal for an early-career attorney eager to gain hands-on experience, work directly with clients, build meaningful courtroom exposure, in a collaborative firm environment. Qualifications & Responsibilities 2-5+ years of civil litigation experience, including first chair trials, with a strong record of success. OH Bar admission in good standing. Lead and manage civil litigation cases in both state and federal courts. Oversee all stages of litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal. Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents, assist with depositions, prepare for hearings, mediations, and trial preparation. Conduct legal research and case strategy analysis.
