You'll manage requests from start to finish, working cross-functionally to ensure every order meets our quality standards.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesProcess incoming physical and digital recordsReview documents for accuracy and make corrections as neededPrepare records for processing and deliveryShip out documents via UPS & USPSCoordinate with other departments to resolve client issuesEnsure all orders are properly documentedProvide daily completion totals and explain any backlogYou're detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
