As a Restaurant Team Member at Papa John’s, you will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring that customers receive hot, made‑to‑order meals and that food prepared on the makeline is ready for delivery. The role is a great entry point for a career in restaurant operations, and many team members advance to delivery driving, shift management, or general management. Responsibilities Serve customers by taking orders, preparing food, and ensuring a positive experience. Work on the makeline to prepare pizza and menu items. Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with food safety standards. Assist with opening and closing procedures and daily cash handling. Support store operations during busy periods, including nights and weekends. Qualifications Minimum age 16 years (18 years required for delivery driver positions). Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds. Capability to stand for prolonged periods and work flexible hours. Positive attitude and teamwork orientation. Desire to learn and grow within the company.
