Position : Family Medicine
Type: 100% Outpatient
Call: 1:7
Model: Patient Center Medical Home Model
Start date: 60-90 Days
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8am-5pm
Job Description: Typical outpatient Primary Care services
Patient Load: 18-22 PPD
EMR : Epic
Support: Full Staff & Extensive specialty support
Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary: 251-277K (Experience based)
- Benefits:
