We are looking for an early - career Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong Python development background to drive system - level execution across firmware, OS, validation, and AI productivity initiatives. This role focuses on automation, data - driven program management, and cross - functional delivery within firmware/BSP - enabled systems.



Must - Have Skills:
Strong Python development experience, including building tools, scripts, or automation Hands - on experience with automation, validation workflows, or data analysis
Technical program management experience owning planning, execution, and delivery
Working knowledge of firmware, BSP - dependent systems, drivers, or OS integration Experience tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and releases
Ability to translate technical details into clear program plans and status updates Strong cross - functional communication with engineering, validation, and partner teams.
