Role Overview Position: Stylists & Personal Shoppers – Independent Contractor, Remote Commitment: Part-time, ~20 hours/week Duration: 5 weeks Collaborate with a leading AI research lab. Design and evaluate advanced shopping-assistant AI systems. Responsibilities Design realistic shopper profiles Create high-quality prompts Develop rigorous evaluation rubrics for product-recommendation tasks Collaborate with AI research teams Requirements / Qualifications Must-Have Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience in celebrity or editorial styling, retail buying/merchandising, or e-commerce category management Expertise in trend spotting and brand benchmarking Ability to translate shopper needs into product recommendations Proven ability to create retail assets like inventory scorecards and campaign-ROI reports Excellent written English and keen attention to detail Engagement Details Start Date: Aug 10th Hourly Rate: $35–$50/hr (USD), depending on experience Bonus Structure: Top performers earn $5k+ in bonus payouts Status: Independent Contractor Payment: Weekly via Stripe Connect Schedule: Fully remote and asynchronous Application Process Submit Resume & Application Form Model Training AI Interview: A 30-minute session to assess your ability to train a model in your area of expertise Apply through Mercor to shape frontier AI research. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mercor
