Accounts Payable Specialist

Summary Processing high volume of incoming payable invoices by completing 2‑way or 3‑way match as needed. Reconciles vendor statements with recorded payable entries and may require contacting vendors directly to discuss any discrepancies. Using office‑automated systems to input data, generate reports and complete specialized projects as needed. Communicate with internal departments to research outstanding issues. Reconcile balancing accounts. Work Schedule Monday – Friday 8:00 – 16:30; 100% on‑site.
