OVERVIEW

We are executing a high-priority enterprise Learning Management System (LMS) integration initiative within its Medical Center. This initiative is focused on consolidating multiple regional LMS platforms into a centralized enterprise learning system and integrating learning data across HR systems, identity/access management platforms, reporting systems, and clinical systems.

This work is part of a broader healthcare technology transformation program tied to a major electronic medical system rollout scheduled for early 2028, with LMS integration deliverables targeted for completion by late 2027.

This role serves as the technical integration developer supporting the LMS integration program, responsible for building and maintaining data and application integrations across enterprise platforms.

WHAT THE CLIENT IS REALLY LOOKING FOR

This is a hands-on integration development role , not a general application support or reporting position.

The ideal candidate will:

• Design, build, and support enterprise system integrations
• Develop APIs and data exchange services between LMS, HR, and clinical systems
• Build ETL workflows and manage batch data integration processes
• Ensure accurate, secure, and reliable data flow across enterprise platforms
• Work closely with Business Systems Analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Support testing and troubleshooting across integrated systems

This role requires strong technical integration expertise and data engineering capability .

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and support integrations between Cornerstone LMS, HR systems, Epic, and enterprise applications
• Develop and maintain APIs (REST / Web Services) for real-time and batch data exchange
• Build and manage Informatica ETL workflows for data integration and reporting
• Perform source-to-target data mapping, transformation, and validation across systems
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and technical teams to translate requirements into technical designs
• Support system integration testing (SIT/UAT), including test case execution and defect resolution
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across enterprise platforms
• Ensure adherence to enterprise integration standards, security, and data governance policies
• Maintain technical documentation for integrations and system dependencies

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in application development, systems integration, or data integration roles
• Strong experience building APIs (REST and/or Web Services)
• Hands-on Informatica experience (PowerCenter or IICS strongly preferred)
• Strong SQL and database experience (Oracle, SQL Server, or similar)
• Experience with data mapping, transformation, and validation
• Experience supporting full SDLC (design, build, test, deploy)
• Experience troubleshooting integration and data issues across systems

NICE TO HAVE (HIGHLY DESIRED)

• Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) LMS or similar LMS platforms
• Experience integrating LMS platforms with HR systems and enterprise applications
• Experience with HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG)
• Experience with identity and access management systems (Okta, Azure AD, SSO, SCIM)
• Epic integration experience
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience
• Experience supporting compliance-based access and training workflows
