We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our team. Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on the assigned unit

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care

• Coordinate resident care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

• Monitor clinical outcomes and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

• Assist with staff scheduling, training, coaching, and performance evaluations

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers

• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives

• Promote a positive, collaborative, and resident-focused work environment

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio

• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred

• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and leadership skills

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities
