Luxor Staffing is hiring an Inventory Control Clerk starts at $18 hour with 1st & 2nd shift available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

Job duties:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts and physical inventories; research and resolve discrepancies.
• Update inventory information and adjustments in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Verify orders, invoices, work orders, material specifications, and records for accuracy and completeness.
• Inspect, label, load, and unload materials according to work orders and specifications.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or problematic inventory and operational errors.
• Access and maintain customer and product information using computer systems and AS/400.
• Record, reconcile, and analyze inventory and operational data; maintain accurate documentation.
• Support customer requests, special projects, and inventory-related activities.
• Assist with estimating material, labor, and staffing requirements for customer projects.
• Perform general office and administrative duties, including filing, phone calls, and correspondence.
• Promote a safe work environment and comply with all company, federal, and state policies and procedures.
• Evaluate warehouse personnel accuracy and proficiency as assigned.
• Maintain reliable attendance and report to work on time and ready for the assigned shift.

Requirements:

• One to three years of warehouse, inventory, or related experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with AS/400 and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Current forklift license or certification.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately.
• Ability to read, understand, and carry out written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions.
