Caregiver needed in Tavares/Lake County 8am-8pm/8pm-8am

About the Role:

As a Caregiver with Compassionate Connections Home Care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. You will provide personalized care and support to individuals in their homes, assisting them with daily living activities, medication management, and other essential tasks. Our ideal candidate will have a strong sense of empathy and compassion, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Manage medication administration and medication schedules
• Provide companionship and social support to clients
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Communicate with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and activities

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work varying shifts, including 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am
• Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients safely and comfortably
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
