Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health status to accurately identify their needs and develop customized treatment plans. Deliver impactful therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches via virtual platforms, ensuring adherence to ethical and professional guidelines. Engage clients in establishing therapeutic goals and provide consistent support and guidance throughout their treatment journey. Tailor therapeutic interventions to meet the distinctive preferences and objectives of each client, adapting methods based on individual progress. Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all therapy sessions and client developments, utilizing our secure management system to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Patient Population / Client Focus Your primary focus will include children and their families, requiring a strong understanding of developmental psychology and appropriate therapeutic methodologies to address unique challenges. You will employ a holistic approach to therapy, considering familial dynamics, social influences, and individual experiences that contribute to mental health issues. Your role is crucial in fostering resilience, self-esteem, and coping strategies for your clients. Qualifications Must possess a current and valid license as a LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or PsyD. A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective remote rapport building and connection with clients. Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a strong understanding of clinical concepts as they pertain to client experiences. Organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple clients and manage documentation independently. Preferred Experience Experience in remote therapy delivery and familiarity with telehealth platforms. Specialization in child and adolescent mental health issues is highly desirable. Prior experience implementing evidence-based treatment modalities and clinical assessments. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
