About the Role
BarkSuds New Tampa is looking for a high-energy, pet-loving Sales and Customer Service Associate to join our team! You will be the face of our shop, ensuring every human and furry client has a five-star experience from the moment they walk through the door.
What You’ll Do
* Drive sales by educating clients on our grooming services, memberships, and retail products.
* Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
* Manage appointments, check-ins, and client records with precision.
* Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front-desk environment.
What We’re Looking For
* Reliability: You are available to work the set schedule of Tuesday through Saturday.
* Pet Passion: While you dont need to be a groomer, you must be comfortable around dogs of all sizes.
