CTR Group is seeking a Lead Welder / Fitter for a Shipyard in the Pascagoula, MS, area.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly range of $36 - $38 per hour

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 4 years of shipyard experience OR equivalent combination of training and experience in industrial welding/fabrication.
- Proficiency with Oxygen/Propane Heating Torch and Air Carbon Arc Gouging.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations relevant to shipbuilding and industrial safety.
- Ability to use fillet and butt weld gauges accurately.
- Skilled in SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, and GMAW-P welding processes.

- Fast-paced, industrial shipyard environment
- Exposure to loud noises, fumes, and extreme temperatures
- Physically demanding work, including lifting heavy materials and equipment
- Flexible schedule, including the potential for overtime and weekend work
