It's helping customers reimagine how they work.What you’ll Own:End-to-end training and adoption strategy for new Echelon customers throughout the implementation lifecycleDevelopment and maintenance of learning content, training documentation, and LMS-based educational resources across the Echelon platformCreation and management of implementation roadmaps that align training milestones with customer onboarding goalsCustomer-facing meetings to establish expectations, timelines, success metrics, and implementation milestonesOn-site customer visits to evaluate existing workflows, understand operational challenges, and tailor training approaches accordinglyDelivery of engaging virtual and in-person training sessions for users across multiple departments and levels of the organizationCreation of follow-up resources and reinforcement materials to support long-term knowledge retention and user successCollaboration with Echelon Subject Matter Experts to continuously improve training content and documentationPartnership with Development teams to document new features, product enhancements, and system rolloutsCommunication of system updates and training initiatives to ensure customers remain informed and successfulIdentification of customer improvement opportunities and future enhancement needs through ongoing consultation and feedbackContinuous refinement of training methodologies that improve user adoption, implementation success, and customer satisfactionWho You AreExperienced in software training, implementation, customer onboarding, learning and development, or related rolesHighly knowledgeable in the Echelon platform and passionate about helping others succeed with technologyExceptional communicator capable of explaining complex concepts in a simple, practical, and engaging mannerSkilled at building relationships and establishing credibility with stakeholders across all levels of an organizationOrganized and self-directed with the ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneouslyDetail-oriented and capable of documenting processes, workflows, and system functionality with clarity and precisionComfortable facilitating both virtual and in-person training environmentsStrong problem solver who can adapt training approaches to meet diverse customer needsEffective at managing timelines, priorities, and project milestones in a fast-paced environmentWilling to travel to customer locations as needed throughout the implementation processAbout us:BuildOn Technologies is a software-driven company transforming how the homebuilding and construction industry manages estimating, configuration, and service operations.
