Exciting Opportunity for a Night Shift Registered Nurse!

Job Description:
- Join a dynamic healthcare team in the heart of vibrant San Joaquin County.
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients with a focus on established standards of care.
- Supervise and direct various levels of assigned nursing staff while coordinating care with other disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking and professional judgment to provide the best patient outcomes.
- Engage in essential nursing functions, including:
- Collecting and analyzing relevant patient health data.
- Developing and implementing care plans with prescribed interventions.
- Evaluating patient progress toward health outcomes.
- Collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare providers in a safe and healing environment.
- Providing valuable learning opportunities for patients, families, and team members.
- Participating in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Delegating responsibilities appropriately and coordinating healthcare team duties.
- Enjoy a flexible night shift schedule, working 36-48 hours per week.
- Rotating through Post-Partum and performing couplet care for moms and babies.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Acute care facility experience preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from an approved vendor required.
- Minimum of two years recent experience in the field.
