Senior Program Manager

We need Technical Senior Program Manager for this role who has handled 10M + projects. Candidates should have worked mostly worked on application development projects . Also, their resume should be updated with the project size they handled. This is a very senior role, 1 0r 2 level above a Senior program manager.
Senior Program Manager
Location: Raleigh, NC ( 3 days work from office) it will be 5 days work from office in the future
This will be a Ful Time role with Tavant
Ability to connect dots and see big picture ( across program and over the duration), Ability to conceptualize technology, Ability to lead large teams and deliver financial outcome and Act as trusted consultant for both Tavant and Enact
The person can come in SD/AVP/VP level with 20+ years of experience, good academic qualifications , program management for 10M + development programs , experience in CXO level interactions , technically inclined , passionate , take end to end ownership and very good communication skills.
Candidate will have to do end to end ownership of BA, Development ,Testing and all operations activities like planning, estimation , scheduling, invoicing.
Hands on the architecture side.
Look for candidates who worked as java developer in the beginning, later moved to architect and then to Program manager etc. Job Description:
A seasoned IT leader with 18 to 24 years of experience , with minimum 5+ years of experience in handling $ 10 M + / multi-year development programs across process areas - technical , functional, program management and financials. This role will require strong analytical, technical, financial and communication skills.
The person should be able to interact with CxO levels with client and executive leadership within Tavant. Necessary qualifications
Technical background : Java / J2EE Development Programs ( 10+ to 15+ years' experience ) ; 5+ roles as Enterprise Architect preferrable
Domain Experience : Financial Services ; Experience in mortgage/insurance desirable
Program Management : 2-3 Large 10 M+ multiyear green field development programs
Governance and Reporting : Strong experience in setting up reporting practices
Financials : Managing P&L for the program > 20 M in size
Executive communication : Ability to interact with CxO ( CIO, CTO)Strong experience in similar programs.
