Senior Mechanical Engineer
Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.
Lead the design, analysis, and delivery of HVAC and mechanical building systems Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget Key Responsibilities Define project scope and participate in kick-off meetings and site visits Design HVAC and building systems using CAD/Revit tools Prepare and review sketches, layouts, and construction documents Perform system analysis and apply engineering principles and applicable codes Review test data and support system testing and improvements Address job site conditions and resolve design challenges Coordinate closely with Electrical, Plumbing, Architectural, and Civil teams Ensure designs meet project requirements, schedules, and budgets Lead and mentor the Mechanical Engineering team Provide technical guidance, design review, and feedback Communicate expectations and progress to senior leadership Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred) 10+ years of mechanical design experience (HVAC focus) Strong proficiency with CAD software (8+ years preferred) Willingness to travel occasionally to job sites Key words Mechanical, PE, Revit, HVAC, Plumbing, MEP #J-18808-Ljbffr Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.
