What You’ll Do: Build and ship features across our full‑stack platform (Next.js, Express, React Native, PostgreSQL) Own projects end‑to‑end, from understanding the problem to deploying the solution Work directly with the CTO and Principal Engineer in a small, high‑output engineering team Contribute to our brand dashboard, creator mobile app, API services, and internal tools Improve platform performance, reliability, and scalability as we grow 10x Help architect and build new systems Write clean, maintainable code that ships fast without sacrificing quality Debug production issues across the stack and make things more resilient Who You Are: 1‑4 years of professional software engineering experience Strong fundamentals in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern web development Comfortable working across the stack: frontend, backend, and database Self‑directed and resourceful. You figure things out before asking for help Thrives in fast‑paced environments where priorities shift and speed matters Collaborative but opinionated.
