Assembler - Day Shift

Overview Assembler – Day Shift — Monday – Thursday, 4:45 AM to 3:15 PM. Base rate of $18.00 per hour. We design, build and test optics products for hunters, shooters, law enforcement and military professionals. Benefits Affordable health and dental insurance Internal skills development program and professional training opportunities Tuition reimbursement Company contributions up to 8% of base pay into a 401K retirement account Profit sharing Product discounts What You’ll Be Doing as an Assembler Perform various assembly processes to produce Leupold & Stevens products Manipulate and install small parts to create sub-assemblies and finished products Clean and visually inspect products for quality Use a wide range of simple hand and power tools Work from diagrams and work instructions Skills and Experience You’ll Need High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred Ability to manipulate small parts Ability to visually inspect for quality Detail oriented Passion for quality Good teamwork and communication skills Desire to learn new things and share ideas Physical Demands Work takes place in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and chemicals. Ability to use PPE. Ability to stand or sit for long periods; good manual dexterity, fine motor skills, visual acuity, and full range of motion.
