We have TWO FULL-TIME AND THREE PART-TIME POSITIONS
COME JOIN OUR TEAM!!! Now Hiring a Life Skills Coach for our Independent Living Services
15 - 30 HOURS PER WEEK - 6 hour shifts per day.
A great way to begin your career providing services for Intellectual Disabled individuals.
We have positions open in the Huntington Beach, Santa Ana, Anaheim, City of Orange, Stanton, Buena Park, Fountain Valley, Placentia, & Garden Grove.
Position pays $22.00 - $23.00/hr
We are looking for one male Bilingual-Spanish-English.

Benefits on Day One:
- Mileage reimbursement when driving for client related purposes.

Benefit after 90 days of employment:

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
- Able to work in the North Orange County area
- Able to pass a background check
- Computer literacy: MS Word, email, basic data entry
️️ ️️What You'll Do:
- Coach clients on building independent living skills (e.g., cooking, budgeting, hygiene)
- Encourage, motivate, and support clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges
- Help plan, create, and organize weekly goals and schedules that work for your clients
- Document progress through case notes and quarterly reports
- Spend 90% of your time in the field with clients and 10% on admin/documentation
- Collaborate with program managers, regional center coordinators, and training staff

- Are a strong communicator, dependable, and a creative problem-solver
- Can work flexible hours and adapt to different client needs working independently in one-on-one settings with clients
- Have behavioral health experience (preferred, not required )
