ER Tech I - MLEU Allen

The ER Technician I is responsible for all basic patient care duties and assists with direct patient care to provide support services to patients, families, and other Emergency Services staff. This includes therapeutic treatment as ordered by the physician on duty, operation of laboratory equipment, patient discharge, and education. Responsibilities Assist with direct patient care and provide support services to patients, families, and other staff. Perform therapeutic treatment as ordered by the physician on duty. Operate laboratory equipment as required. Assist with patient discharge and provide patient education. Shift PRN (United States of America) Education High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Licenses and Certifications MA, CNA, CMA, LVN, NCT, EMT-B certification or diploma. Current Basic Life Support Certification required. Advanced Cardio Life Support Certification required within 90 days of hire.
