Role Description This is a full-time, 100% commission-based, on-site Commercial Real Estate Associate role based in Lexington, MA. The Commercial Real Estate Associate will support leasing and sales transactions by prospecting new business, qualifying leads, and managing follow-up with owners, tenants, and investors. Daily responsibilities include conducting inside sales outreach, preparing proposals and marketing materials, coordinating property tours, and maintaining accurate data in CRM and listing platforms. The role also involves analyzing market data, comparable transactions, and property information to support negotiations and client presentations. The associate will collaborate with senior brokers and their mentor to execute marketing campaigns, attend client meetings, and ensure a high standard of service throughout each transaction. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of sales experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with business owners, tenants, and investors. Highly motivated, competitive, and entrepreneurial with a strong desire to build a successful career in commercial real estate. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and identify opportunities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word); experience with CRM systems is a plus. Willingness to work on-site in Lexington, MA and travel locally for client meetings, property tours, and networking events.
