Required Education:

  Required Skills/ Qualifications:
• Maintain HPP system, including contracts, applications, and new model releases.
• Position provides administrative support to the administrator and management.
• Research dealer requests, answer customer questions, and assist with contract changes.
• Initiate and track requests with the ISD support teams.
• Reconcile and verify refund checks mailed out for customers.
• Receive, reconcile, and process vendor invoices.
• Compile data for leads and submit appropriate requests for follow-up processing.
• Ability to understand state legislations and compliance policies to recommend system changes, contract management, and process improvements.
• Update state and dealer motor club licenses.
• Complete data entry for various department projects and provide status updates on your progress.
• Print, copy, scan, and collate documents.
  
  
  Daily Tasks:
• Answer department phone calls from dealers and customers
• Review and approval of HPP application suspensions and cancellations
• Monitor HPP department email and respond appropriately

• Attention to detail
• Customer Service
  Preferred Experience/Skills
• General office skills, familiar with MS products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access), well spoken, ability to draft professional email responses,
• experience in bookkeeping and or accounts payable and receivable.
