& Content Creator

in the digital marketing department at Universal Beauty Products, you will develop eye-catching, effective visual designs and original content that support marketing campaigns across social media, websites, e-commerce, and digital advertising,. You will help shape concepts, create graphics, photography, short-form video, and written content, and deliver cohesive assets that align with the distinct voice and aesthetic of each brand and the overall corporate brand. We are looking for an innovative, ambitious, curious, and detail-oriented creative professional who understands how strong design and compelling content work together to engage consumers. You must be a self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly to evolving trends, and respond effectively to the needs of marketing and senior management.

Responsibilities Translate ideas, creative briefs, and campaign objectives into engaging, on-brand visual and content solutions across digital advertisements, trade show materials, websites, product graphics, brand campaigns, social media, and e-commerce channels from concept through execution. Plan, create, and edit original content, including graphics, product and lifestyle photography, short-form video, social media posts, captions, and other digital assets. Develop content concepts and storyboards that communicate product benefits, brand stories, launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Adapt content for platform-specific formats and audiences while maintaining a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and quality standard. Monitor social media, beauty, design, and cultural trends and recommend timely, relevant content opportunities for multiple brands and diverse audiences. Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, design, product, sales, and other internal teams to ensure creative work supports business objectives, campaign calendars, website standards, and consumer needs. Communicate creative strategy, content concepts, and design rationale to key stakeholders and incorporate feedback efficiently. Prepare art files and digital assets for release to printers, developers, social platforms, e-commerce partners, or third-party websites. Coordinate with the in-house IT team and other partners to support the smooth implementation and publication of new content. Review available content-performance insights and apply learnings to improve creative effectiveness, engagement, and conversion. Maintain organized creative files, templates, and content libraries and ensure consistency across all company platforms. Balance multiple projects, deadlines, and brand priorities with a jobs-to-be-done mindset, openness to feedback, and a passion for continuous learning.

Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, digital media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 3–5 years of experience producing brand collateral, web and social graphics, advertising, photography, video, and digital content, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates design skill, creativity, and content versatility. Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro; experience with After Effects or similar motion-graphics tools is preferred. Experience creating and editing short-form video and photography for social media, websites, and e-commerce platforms. Strong visual storytelling, copywriting, proofreading, and communication skills, with careful attention to brand voice and detail. Working knowledge of social media platforms, digital content formats, and current creative best practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with content management, scheduling, or project management tools is preferred. Collaborative, organized, and adaptable team player with strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
