Donor Services Intern

Job Type Part Time / Hourly. Reports to Donor Services Manager. Live Action seeks a Donor Services Intern to provide clerical support in our DC office. The Intern will assist with scheduling, coordination, monitoring office supplies, and inventory tracking. This position offers growth potential and an opportunity to join a dynamic, productive team. Location Arlington, Virginia. Responsibilities Assist with general clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails to appropriate personnel. Respond to routine inquiries from partners and employees promptly. Monitor office supply levels and reorder as needed. Support various departments with special projects as assigned. Coordinate with facilities management for necessary repairs or maintenance. Support donor-related events as needed. Qualifications Dedicated to the pro‑life mission. Exceptional organizational skills; able to balance and prioritize multiple projects independently. Excellent customer service skills. Trustworthy and discreet with confidential materials. Proficient in word processing, G Suite, Excel spreadsheets, database use, and web resources. Superior verbal and written communication skills.
