Materials Handler – 3rd Shift Job Description As a Materials Handler, you will execute warehouse processes involving moving materials across our manufacturing site for our arterial catheters and medical laser teams in an orderly, fully traceable way across the facility with a focus on the highest level of quality and with patient safety in mind and in full compliance with obligations. This is a 3rd shift role. Your role Execute safe, compliant movement of small parts and large components (e.g., plastic components, metal sheets, etc.) across the site: pick, pack, label and transport per customer/export/import requirements while updating Warehouse Management System transactions to maintain real‑time inventory accuracy. Operate and support material‑handling equipment (forklifts, trolleys, conveyors, IT terminals, scanners, printers), follow established safety protocols, assist experienced operators, and elevate mechanical or packing issues to maintenance for timely resolution. Collect and share inventory data for high‑demand items to support replenishment and forecasting, help implement new picking procedures into existing workflows, and contribute to continuous safety and process improvements. Qualifications No prior experience required; experience as a warehouse or distribution center operator is preferred. High School Diploma, vocational education certificate or GED. Must be able to successfully perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb up to 10 ft on a ladder. Positive and respectful attitude, strong teamwork, high sense of urgency, attention to detail, adaptability, safety conscious. Ability to work mandatory overtime, including Saturdays and 10‑hour shifts. This is an onsite role. Benefits Competitive hourly pay of $18.00 – $27.00 USD plus overtime eligibility. Additional compensation may include annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long‑term incentives.
