Responsibilities

• Manage the handoff of projects from sales to delivery for customers adopting Webex solutions
• Lead the design and ensure all customer needs have been documented and will be met in the forthcoming solution deployment
• Act as the technical lead for the US team, supporting them in achieving and retaining customer satisfaction
• Provide expert guidance across Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, Webex Connect, Webex App/Devices, and related infrastructure
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues using tools such as SIP Logs, Webex Tracer, and Wireshark
• Deploy and troubleshoot Cisco UCCE and/or UCCX, Cisco CUCM, IM&P, CUC, Voice Gateways, ATAs, and CUBEs

Required skills/experience

• CCNP Collaboration certification
• Webex CC Expert/Advanced Certification
• Webex Calling Professional Certification
• Proficiency across the Webex suite of products, including Control Hub, Messaging, Calling, Hybrid Calendar, Directory Connector, Webex Devices, and Webex APIs
• Cisco CUCM Dial Plan and Dial Peer experience
• On-prem to Cloud migration experience
• Microsoft SQL, Active Directory, and Azure AD experience
• Microsoft Power BI experience
• Solid understanding of infrastructure technologies
• JavaScript, Pebble, HTML, and SSML experience
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Multilingual proficiency, preferably in French or Spanish

Salary

• $120K – $140K per year
