Job Title: On-Site Recruiter (Multiple openings)
Location: Fort Worth and surrounding areas (2 different opportunities / locations)
Type: Full-Time (Shifts may vary by location)
Bilingual Strongly Preferred: English & Spanish

Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced and bilingual On-Site Recruiters to support our client operations across multiple locations in the Fort Worth area. This is a hands-on recruiting role based on-site with our clients, responsible for the full life cycle of staffing from sourcing and onboarding to employee support and management.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial and production roles.
• Onboard and assign talent to client facilities in a timely and compliant manner.
• Act as the on-site representative and primary point of contact for temporary employees.
• Monitor attendance, track time, and assist with scheduling needs.
• Issue PPE and ensure staff adhere to safety policies and site protocols.
• Support and manage employee relations, including coaching and performance feedback.
• Partner with client contacts to understand hiring needs and provide workforce solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in alignment with company and client expectations.
• Actively engage in team calls by sharing real-time client updates, detailed job requirements, and clear expectations to align recruiting efforts and improve fill speed.

Requirements
Local to the DFW or Surrounding Areas
Experience in Recruiting or Workforce Management
Accept a background check to be performed
Knowledge in: Warehouse staffing
Knowledge in: Phone etiquite
Knowledge in: High volume recruiting
