Responsibilities
- Assess residents’ physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based PT interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and gait
- Monitor progress, document findings, and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team and participate in care and discharge planning
- Ensure patient safety, adhere to infection control protocols, and provide education to residents and families

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in North Dakota for the assignment
- Ability to work a Day shift in a 13-week travel assignment
- Experience delivering PT services in a long-term care or geriatric rehab setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; proficient in patient documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
