About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, 54501!

• Provide direct patient care in a critical care / ICU setting with a 1:2 patient ratio
• Float to alike units within skillset as needed; floating to other locations within a 40-mile radius may be pre-scheduled
• Care for an occasional pediatric surgical patient population, including ENT and orthopedic cases
• Document patient care and clinical information using EPIC
• Adhere to all facility infection control and vaccination compliance policies, including masking requirements during flu season if applicable
• Be available for on-call assignments; call-back minimum is 2 hours

• Active Wisconsin RN License
• AHA or Red Cross BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• PALS Certification
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

• Prior critical access or rural hospital experience highly preferred
• Experience with pediatric surgical patients (ENT, orthopedic)
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records

• Opportunity to work in a close-knit critical care environment with a manageable patient ratio in a scenic northern Wisconsin setting
• Expected 36 hours per week with low census hours outlined per contract terms
