Carpenter/Builder: Crafting Coastal Creations at Robbie's of Islamorada!

Are you a skilled Carpenter/Builder with a passion for bringing structures to life, especially in a stunning waterfront setting?

We're seeking a talented individual to join our team in Islamorada, where you'll play a crucial role in building and restoring some of our most iconic features. If you thrive on hands-on construction, have an eye for detail, and aren't afraid of a good day's work, we want you!

You'll play a vital role in enhancing our property, from constructing sturdy decks and docks to performing essential restoration work. This is an opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship in a unique and beautiful setting.

What You'll Be Building (and Restoring!):

Deck & Dock Dynamo: Construct and assemble new decks, docks, railings, and gates, ensuring they're built to last against the Keys elements.
Restoration Rockstar: Perform crucial restoration work on existing decks and docks, breathing new life into our beloved structures.
Material Mover: Efficiently and safely lift and move heavy materials across our construction sites.

What You Bring to the Blueprint:

Proven Construction Pro: You have demonstrated experience in the construction industry, with at least 3 years of construction experience (Required).
Strength & Stamina: You're capable of performing heavy lifting and physically demanding labor.
Building Technique Boss: You're proficient in various building techniques, including masonry, welding, and installation.
Detail-Oriented & Quality-Focused: You have a strong eye for detail and are committed to delivering top-notch craftsmanship.
Safety Savvy: You possess excellent knowledge of safety protocols on construction sites.
Team Player: You have excellent teamwork and communication skills, working effectively with others.
Licensed & Ready: You hold a valid Driver's License (Required).

The Nitty-Gritty & Perks:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 45 per week
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed.
Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay

Relocation Requirement: Candidates must be able to relocate to Islamorada, FL 33036 before starting work (Required).
