Contact Centre Team Leader: Performance & Coaching
MAXIMUS
MAXIMUS is seeking a team leader to drive performance in a busy contact centre, ensuring speed, efficiency, and quality targets are met. You will manage daily operations, coordinate inbound and outbound interactions, and collaborate with supervisors and managers to resolve issues and improve procedures. The role requires experience supervising staff, coaching, and delivering detailed reports with statistical analysis.
