Product Marketing Intern (AI Agent)

About the Role We’re looking for a highly motivated Product Marketing Intern to work directly with the CEO and core team at PaiBox — an AI-driven workflow orchestration and execution platform for real estate operations. This is not a traditional internship. You’ll be deeply involved in real execution across product, operations, and go-to-market, with immediate visibility into how your work impacts the business. What You’ll Do Support onboarding of property managers and vendors onto the PaiBox platform Assist with backend operational workflows and exception handling Gather, analyze, and synthesize user feedback to inform product improvements Develop customer case studies and pilot performance insights Contribute to product design, UI/UX thinking, and feature iteration Support outbound communication including email campaigns and messaging Create and manage LinkedIn content, marketing materials, and visual assets What You’ll Gain Direct experience building a company from the ground up Exposure to real-world application of AI in operational systems Hands‑on involvement across product, operations, and go-to-market strategy Close collaboration with the CEO on product thinking and execution A fast feedback loop — your work will ship and be used immediately Who You Are Highly proactive and execution-oriented Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving environments Strong communicator (written and verbal) Interested in AI, startups, and real-world system building Bonus: experience with design tools, content creation, or product thinking You’ll work closely with leadership in a high‑ownership, high‑learning environment.
