Job Title: Epic Analyst Access and Revenue Cycle - Onsite

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $35 – $55 per hour + Comprehensive Benefits

What You’ll Do

Analyze and optimize workflows across access, billing, and claims functions supported by Epic

Translate business needs into detailed system specifications and functional designs

Lead and support Epic application build, testing, implementation, and ongoing enhancements

Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to improve system performance and user experience

Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions that drive operational efficiency

Document workflows, system configurations, and process improvements

Support change management initiatives and user training

What You Bring

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or related field (or equivalent experience)

3+ years of experience in operational areas impacted by Epic (Access, Revenue Cycle, Billing, Claims)

2+ years of hands-on Epic build, testing, and support experience

Experience with Epic implementation projects

Required Certifications & Expertise

Active Epic Certification

Must have at least one at hire:

Resolute Hospital Billing & Claims

Epic HIM Certification

1+ year of HIM coding experience

Key Skills & Knowledge

Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows and healthcare information systems

Expertise in Epic applications and EHR environments

Knowledge of billing, claims, and access operations

Familiarity with project management and change management principles

Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and implement effective solutions
