Title: Mechanical Design Engineer



Location: Arvada, CO (Onsite)

Job Summary

• Design and develop medical device components, assemblies, and mechanical systems.
• Create and maintain 3D models and 2D engineering drawings using Autodesk Revit .
• Support design reviews and collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Ensure designs meet quality, regulatory, safety, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed mechanical designs, drawings, and engineering documentation.
• Perform GD&T, tolerance stack-up, fit/function, and design reviews .
• Apply DFMA principles and support material selection for manufacturability and performance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, track project progress, and ensure timely deliverables.

Required Skills

• 7 10 years of mechanical design experience with 4+ years of Autodesk Revit .
• Strong 3D modeling, 2D drafting, GD&T, and engineering drawing interpretation skills.
• Experience with DFMA, tolerance analysis, BOMs, and configuration management .
• Knowledge of ASME, ISO, ANSI, PLM/PDM , and engineering change processes.
