Customer Service Representative

Schedule: M-F 7:30am-4pmPay rate: $22hr - $24hr DOELocation: Onsite, Milpitas, CaJob DescriptionThe Customer Service Representative provides customer support while assisting with administrative, invoicing, reporting, and auditing responsibilities. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email regarding orders, invoices, products, and services.- Create, review, and process customer invoices while ensuring pricing and billing information is accurate.-Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, billing questions, and payment-related concerns.-Create and complete internal audits to verify accuracy of orders, invoices, documentation, and customer records.-Maintain audit records and identify discrepancies requiring correction or follow-up.-Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, trackers, and customer records.-Enter, organize, and analyze data using Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and basic reporting.-Process customer orders and maintain accurate information within company systems.-Coordinate with accounting, warehouse, shipping, and other departments to resolve customer and order-related issues.-Track orders and provide customers with shipping and delivery updates.-Maintain accurate documentation of customer communications, invoices, and audit results.-Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation.-Assist with preparing weekly or monthly reports for management.-Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.Qualifications:-Previous customer service, administrative, billing, or office experience preferred.-Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.-Experience working with invoices, audits, reports, and data entry preferred.-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.-Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Staffing Network
