What You’ll Do
As the Leasing Manager, you will lead leasing efforts and help drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, and revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
- Tour prospective residents and professionally close leases
- Manage lease renewals and resident retention efforts
- Maintain model apartments, amenities, and tour paths to company standards
- Follow up with leads and respond to prospects in a timely, professional manner
- Process applications, screenings, lease paperwork, and resident files accurately
- Assist with outreach marketing, resident events, and social media engagement
- Monitor leasing traffic and maintain accurate reports in property management software
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous apartment leasing experience required
- Strong sales, closing, and customer service skills
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Saturday availability required
Preferred:
- Experience with Entrata or similar property management software
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Social media experience (Facebook, Instagram, online marketing)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk apartment communities, tour grounds, and climb stairs
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed
