Senior Human Resources Director – Field Support
Complete Care | Wisconsin & Chicago, Illinois Regions
Complete Care is seeking a Senior Human Resources Director – Field Support to support multiple skilled nursing facilities across Wisconsin and the Chicago, Illinois region. Reporting to the Regional Human Resources Director , this role is ideal for an experienced HR leader ready to expand beyond a single facility and provide regional support, coaching, and leadership.
What You'll DoProvide hands-on HR support to multiple skilled nursing facilities.
Travel to centers during HR leadership transitions, vacancies, leaves, and operational needs.
Mentor, coach, and onboard Human Resources Directors.
Support employee relations, investigations, performance management, and corrective actions.
Conduct HR audits and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Provide guidance on leave administration, payroll, onboarding, and HR processes.
Support union matters, including grievances and contract interpretation.
Partner with regional leadership on special projects and initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
3–5 years of HR experience in long-term care or healthcare strongly preferred.
Facility HR Director or comparable HR leadership experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR compliance.
Union experience strongly preferred.
Experience with ADP, UKG, or similar HRIS.
HR certification preferred.
Willingness to travel throughout Wisconsin and the Chicago region.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
